Terms of Service

Scope

These terms govern the use of the Saaser platform, operated by DOM Service GmbH, Parkstrasse 22, 3906 Saas-Fee. By using Saaser you accept them.

Role of the platform

Saaser only provides the marketplace. Contracts about offered goods or services are concluded exclusively between users. We are neither seller nor broker and give no warranty for offers, creditworthiness or fulfilment.

Account

Posting listings and comments requires signing in with Google. You are responsible for the activity under your account and provide truthful information.

Content rules

You may only post listings you are entitled to post. Prohibited in particular: unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or offensive content, counterfeit goods, weapons, narcotics, animal trade in breach of applicable law, as well as spam and duplicate listings. You must hold the rights to the photos and texts you upload, and you grant us the right to publish and automatically translate them within the platform.

Listing duration

Listings close automatically 60 days after publication. You can close a listing yourself at any time; it is not deleted, only no longer shown publicly.

Moderation

Moderators and administrators may review, close or remove listings and comments if rules are broken or a report is received — in clear cases also without prior notice.

Automatic translation

Texts are machine translated. Translations may contain errors; the original text entered by the user always prevails.

Liability

We operate Saaser with reasonable care but do not owe uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence; we are not liable for damage arising from deals between users.

Changes

We may amend these terms. The version published on this page applies.

Governing law

Swiss law applies. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Visp, Canton of Valais, unless a mandatory statutory provision states otherwise.
